Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs

I made Ellie Krieger’s recipe for Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs the other night. So easy, so good! The picture does not do it justice, I do not claim to be a photographer; so just trust me on this one. Simple sauce and you bake it in the oven for 45-50 minutes. I cheated this last time and left the skin on, but it’s very flavorful without the skin and much better for you.
